Georgia Insolvency Pool Protection
January 2008 - House Bill 408 was signed by Governor Perdue mandating that certain Captives issuing workers' comp insurance join the Georgia Insurers Insolvency Pool. The Pool will cover claims occurring after January 1, 2008.

Said chapter is furthur amended by adding a new Code section to read as follows: SECTION 2. "33-41-20.1
